Pownce

July 28th, 2007 by Wesley

I recently joined the world of Pownce under the username “WYendrys.” Pownce is a social networking program/site that allows you to share messages, links, files and events, with all your Pownce contacts. Pownce is only a month old and unfortunately, you need to be invited or request an invite from the Pownce website in order to join. Fortunately for you guys; I’m a member and I have 3 invites left. The first 3 people who comment this post, with their e-mail address, will receive a Pownce invitation from me. So hurry, before they’re all gone.

So far, it’s been kind of cool using Pownce, but I only have about 7 people on my friends list which is kind of boring. If you want; feel free to add me as a friend.

I’ve only had Pownce for about 24 hours, so there isn’t much I can say about it right now, but once I get used to it and get some more friends going – I might have some more to say.

*Wow, I said “Pownce” 8 (including this last one) times in this post :S.

Glad to hear that your at least finding some enjoyment in Pownce!

For more friends, check out some of the people on my list. 99% of them are tech people like you and me!

Welsey, if you like Pownce, you should give Twitter a try. There’s a much bigger community of tech fans over there. :)

Hey Caitlyn . I have Twitterrific on my computer and have a Twitter account, but I’m not sure how to add people or how it really works. I find Pownce a lot easier - but I DO have Twitter.
