My Top 25 Songs

August 27th, 2007 by Wesley

The whole world uses iTunes as their main music organizer and player. I’m no different than the whole world, so it should come as no surprise that iTunes is my music player of choice. But, what’s my music of choice? Well, readers, I present you with my top 25 most played songs. Out of the 5193 songs I have, the above are my most played. My list is made up of a lot of indie/rock/instrumental/blue/experimental stuff, with a little bit of rap and metal here and there. I listen to a lot of different styles and artists. The above list isn’t extremely accurate, because my iTunes has been re-formatted a few times, so my all time plays have been erased, and this in no way reflects all of my favorite artists.

Here’s a short list of who some of my favorite artists are, incase you’re curious.

Tool, The Mars Volta, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Feist, John Mayer, Bloc Party, A Perfect Circle, The Black Keys, Victor Wooten, TV on the Radio, Tom Waits, Primus, Bela Fleck & the Flecktones. I could go on forever, but that should give you an idea of what type of music I like.

What are some things you listen to? What’s your favorite songs, artists, genres, ect.

Nice choice of music there!. I find myself listening to all kinds of genres, in the beginning of the day I might be working to oldies rock and by the end of the day I’ll be listening to new age techno. I can really listen to almost anything and come to enjoy it. I used to be an event DJ so I have quite a collection. I stopped DJing a long while ago though, my current iTunes library consists of 17,859 songs. I don’t think I could name my favorites in a list of under 500.

I have 1600 exactly as of now. My top artists probably are Rush (209 songs), Pink Floyd (100 songs) and RHCP (50 or so)
